Salisbury Youth Orchestra Performs May 20

SALISBURY, MD---The Salisbury Youth Orchestra hosts its annual spring concert 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 20, in Holloway Hall Auditorium at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½.
The orchestra performs arrangements of pieces by Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Dukas, Mozart, Von Suppe and Jared Spears.
The orchestra is conducted Dr. Jeffrey Schoyen, assistant professor of music at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½. It is a full orchestra with strings, woodwinds, brass and percussion, and its members range from fourth-graders to high school seniors from Salisbury and lower Delaware.
