Bio
Dr. Bown is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½. Her areas of expertise include nonprofit communication, experiential learning, intercultural communication, and interpersonal conflict. She holds a BA in Communication and Journalism from the Universidad de Chile, a Master’s degree in Education from ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½, and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
