Dogwood Village
Dogwood Village is primarily a returning student residence hall. At times, new students may be housed in DV.
Hall Style: Each cottage has 10 singles that share 2 standalone bathrooms.
Occupants: 115 students, 4 Resident Assistants and 1 Hall Director
Rooms are approximately 8’ x 11’ and the windows are approximately 53” x 37”.
All rooms are carpeted and the furniture consists of a twin XL bed, desk, dresser and access to a standing wardrobe. The furniture is not loftable.
Each room has an ethernet and wireless connection and the University has a Xfinity streaming package. Heat and Air Conditioning are available on a seasonal schedule.
A common area lounge (with kitchenette) and laundry room (included in room rate and detergent is provided) are located in the administrative building closest to the GÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½.
Housekeeping services the student bathrooms twice a week and maintains all common areas. Toilet tissue is provided.
