ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ is a participating institution of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (). This allows ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ to offer distance education programs and courses to residents of other NC-SARA states.

Students who reside in an NC- SARA state while taking ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ distance education programs and courses have the right to file complaints. ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ ensures that all concerns and complaints of students are addressed fairly and are resolved promptly. Student complaints relating to consumer protection laws offered under the terms and conditions of the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (), must first be filed with the institution to seek resolution.
